Hi there! My name is Abby…

I’m a young girl (my vet estimates I’m around 1 to 2.5 years old), and while I haven’t had the easiest start to life, I’m ready for my brand-new chapter!

When my rescuer first found me, I was just skin and bones and so close to starving. But all of that is behind me now! My vet says I have wonderfully healthy, nice teeth and an overall clean bill of health—I’m just working hard on gaining a little extra weight and building up my confidence every single day.

Even back when I was at my weakest, I knew I wanted love. The second my human touched me, I pressed my head right into their hand—I was just so starving for affection.

A Few Things to Know About Me

I’m a Sweet, Shy Soul: I’m a cautious little lady. When company comes over, my default mode is hiding under the bed until the coast is clear!
My Ideal Haven: I will thrive best in a quiet, calm home where I can be your one and only—no other pets or children, please. I just need a gentle space where I can feel completely safe.
Affection & Cuddles: I absolutely love having my head and ears rubbed! Once I get comfortable, I’m a total purr machine. I’ll gladly make sweet biscuits and snuggle up to sleep right on the bed with you.
Playtime: I love my toys and am great at entertaining myself with my favorite little toy mice! (Just a heads-up: moving ribbon toys scare me a bit, so we can skip those!)
The Way to My Heart: Churu treats! I adore churus. They are definitely the fastest way to win over my shy little heart!
