Maple is a petite brown tabby with adorable white socks and a sweet personality. At just seven pounds, she’s a young mom who did an incredible job raising her four kittens. Now that they’re older, Maple is finally getting the chance to enjoy being a kitten herself. She still gets the zoomies and loves a good play session, but she’s happiest curled up somewhere cozy with people she trusts.
Maple is a gentle, sensitive soul who thrives in a calm, predictable home. New people, loud noises, and unfamiliar places can be scary for her, so she’ll need a family that’s willing to let her settle in at her own pace. She likes cozy spots low to the ground where she can quietly watch the world around her. Once she feels secure, she’s very affectionate. She purrs softly the moment you pet her, melts into chin scratches by stretching her head up for more, and loves curling up in your lap for a nap while making biscuits. She’s a quiet girl most of the time, but if she realizes she’s alone, she’ll wander the house trilling until she finds her people.
Maple has impeccable manners. She takes treats gently and politely rubs against your legs when she’s hoping for dinner. If your meal smells interesting, she’ll stand on her hind legs with her front paws resting on your seat and gently tap your arm with one paw to ask for a taste. She may be small, but she has a big appetite and never says no to a snack. She also enjoys the company of other cats and has been a wonderfully patient, caring mom, even occasionally humoring her grown kittens before gently reminding them that the milk bar is closed.

All of our kittens must go to homes where they will remain inside 24/7.
