Hi there. I’m Taffy, and I’ll be turning 8 this December. I have a lot of love to give, and I hope you have a lot of lap to share.
My foster mom says that I’m very sweet and that I’ll be shy at first, but once I get to know you, I’m deeply affectionate and loyal.
My favorite place in the entire world is right on your lap. I purr like an engine and make the most blissful biscuits on your lap. I also love the sun! You can often find me stretching out on a window sill or my cat tree, soaking up the rays. If you aren’t sitting down, the top of the bed will do just fine for napping.
I had a tough start, but thanks to a very kind foster, I’ve learned that I’ll never have to worry about mean hands or loud voices again. Now, I know what real love feels like, and I’m looking for my devoted human.
You should know that I absolutely adore food! I’m not fussy; I enjoy everything. You might notice I’m not what you’d call “petite.” Think of me as a big girl—a nice, fluffy, warm pillow ready for snuggles.
Here’s the most important part: I need to be your only pet. I want a human to love all to myself, and I promise to love you back completely. My guardian must be just as loyal to my choice to be a solo kitty as I will be to you.
I have fur as soft as a bunny, and I adore being brushed and petted. I’m a very good girl and even let you trim my nails. I am very passionate, loving, and will be utterly devoted to you, and only you.
I’m told I make the sweetest little sounds and that my meow is quite charming.
I should mention I have mild IBS so my foster mom mixes fiber supplements into my wet food, which I don’t mind at all since, as I mentioned, I love to eat!
