When Anastasia first arrived, she was in rough shape. She was extremely dehydrated and thin, with a terrible sunburn across her nose, ears, and eyelids. But somehow, through all of that, she had managed to do the most important thing: her kittens were absolutely thriving — fluffy, healthy, and well fed.
Her foster named her Anastasia, meaning “resurrection,” hoping it would mark the beginning of a new chapter for this sweet mama. And that’s exactly what happened. From her very first day, Anastasia welcomed gentle pets and quickly settled into her new surroundings. As she began feeling better, her sweet personality started to shine through.
These days, Anastasia has discovered that being cared for is pretty nice. She loves being petted and brushed, and she’ll roll right onto her back when she decides it’s time for some belly rubs. She’s still a little shy, but she’s gaining confidence every day.

All of our kittens must go to homes where they will remain inside 24/7.
Young kittens must be adopted in pairs or into a home with a resident cat. Rare exceptions are considered based on the individual kitten’s needs and temperament.
