Meet Junior: A brave girl finding her way to trust!
Junior is a beautiful young lady who was rescued from a backyard as a feral kitten. She’s been on quite a journey, learning that humans can be kind and that indoor life has its perks — like cozy window-watching spots, exciting wand toys, and delicious treats.
Junior has come so far in her socialization journey, but she’s still the shyer of the two sisters. She’ll happily eat her meals and play with her favorite toys even when you’re in the room. She’s discovered the magic of window watching and will leap into action when you bring out a wand toy or laser pointer. But when it comes to physical affection, she’s not quite ready yet — this sweet girl needs a little more time.
The fastest way to Junior’s heart? Treats! She absolutely loves them and will come running when she hears that familiar crinkle of the treat bag.
Junior looks up to her younger sister Baby, who’s a bit braver and more outgoing. Together, they provide each other comfort and confidence — you’ll often find them curled up together or chasing each other around in playful zooms.
Junior needs an experienced cat owner who understands that former feral kittens bloom on their own timeline. If you’re willing to give her the time and space she needs, you’ll get to witness something truly special: watching Junior transform from a wary kitten into a confident, loving companion. She must be adopted with her sister Baby — they’re a package deal, and together they’re twice the love and twice the joy.
These cats are being fostered by another rescue other than Toni’s Kitty Rescue. If you are interested in meeting Junior and Baby, please contact: Elie Kiwan, elie.kiwan@gmail.com, (949) 702-0680.
